4. Polishing

Due to the non vacuum production environment, silicone phone cases are inevitably contaminated with dust and impurities, or some products may be dirtied by startup personnel, some of which cannot be cleaned. At this time, only polishing can be used to decorate the phone cases. As long as the customer accepts, fine polishing can reduce processing costs and waste.

5. Cleaning

Most silicone products need to be cleaned, and dirtiness is a relatively late processing step, as the previous steps may contaminate the silicone phone case. You can use an air gun to blow away dust and impurities first, and then clean with a dust-free cloth and Tianna water to provide customers with satisfactory products.

6. Spray feel oil

Most silicone phone cases require spraying with tactile oil, and completing this process will elevate the quality of silicone phone cases to a higher level. Most ink manufacturers can provide environmentally friendly hand feel oils. A good phone case looks at its design and texture. There are various methods, such as spraying in a spray booth or soaking in an oil ink pool.

7. Baking

After spraying the oil, the phone case should be dried and baked in a high-temperature oven for about 15 seconds. It can be moved to the side for cooling and packaging.
