Silicone cover is a category of silicone gifts in silicone products, and its application is very extensive. It is commonly used in personal consumer electronic products such as Mp3/Mp4 players, iPod, PDA, mobile phones, PSP, digital cameras, GPS, etc. Its main function is to protect electronic products from falling and scratching. Silicone sleeve is a silicone rubber product produced by molding and vulcanizing high-temperature vulcanized rubber as the main raw material. Ordinary silicone sleeves need to go through the following processes:

1. Raw material preparation (also known as rubber mixing, material preparation, etc.): including the mixing of raw rubber, color matching, and weight calculation of raw materials.
2. Sulfurization molding (also known as hydraulic molding): High pressure vulcanization equipment is used to cure the silicone collagen material into a solid state through high-temperature vulcanization.
3. Phifeng (also known as processing, deburring, etc.): The silicone sleeve products that come out of the mold will have some useless burrs and hole debris that need to be removed; In the industry, this process is completely completed by hand, and some factories also use punching machines to complete it.
4. Screen printing: This process is only used for some silicone cover products with patterns on the surface of the silicone cover, such as black mobile phone silicone covers. In order to facilitate user operation of the keys, it is often necessary to screen print the corresponding characters of the mobile phone keyboard at the corresponding positions.
5. Surface treatment: Surface treatment includes using an air gun to remove dust.
6. Spray oil: Silicone products are easy to adsorb dust in the air under normal conditions and have a certain degree of viscosity. Spray a thin layer of hand feel oil on the surface of the silicone sleeve, which can prevent dust and ensure the hand feel.
7. Other processes include additional functions assigned by the merchant to the silicone sleeve, such as dispensing glue, laser engraving, P+R synthesis, optimized packaging, and assembly with other materials and components.
