普通硅胶套制成需要经过哪些工序？

硅胶套是硅胶制品中硅胶礼品的范畴，硅胶套的应用非常广泛，常用于Mp3/Mp4播放器，iPod,PDA,手机,PSP,数码相机,GPS等比较普遍的个人消费电子产品上，起最主要的作用是保护电子产品防摔，防刮花。硅胶套是以高温硫化橡胶为主要原材料经模压硫化成型工艺而生产出来的硅橡胶制品。普通的硅胶套需经过以下几道工序：

1、原料配制（又叫炼胶、备料等）：包括生胶的混炼，颜色的配色，原料的重量计算等。
2、硫化成型（又叫油压成型）：采用高压力硫化设备经过高温硫化，使硅胶原材料成固态成型。
3、披峰（又叫加工、去毛边等）：从模具里脱出来的硅胶套产品会连带一些无用的毛边、孔屑，需要去除；在行业里，此工序完全由手工完成，有的工厂也有用冲床完成。
4、丝印：此工序仅用在一些在硅胶套表面有图案的硅胶套产品，如黑色的手机硅胶套，为使用户方便操作按键，往往需要在相应的位置丝印与手机键盘对应的字符。
5、表面处理：表面处理包括用******除尘。
6、喷油：硅胶制品在普通状态下很容易吸附空气中的灰尘，并具有一定的粘性。在硅胶套表面喷上一层薄薄的手感油，既能防灰尘又能使手感得到保证。
7、其他：其他工序包括商家对硅胶套赋予的一些附加功能，如进行滴胶、镭雕、P+R合成、优化包装，与其它材料及部件组装等。
